If you work in the B2B space then you cannot ignore LinkedIn for lead generation. With over 500 million users, it is a very viable source not just for leads but for serious sales prospects.
I wrote a blog post recently about how you can leverage LinkedIn platform to drive traffic to my landing page for next to nothing.
This is not what I want to share with you in this post. I want to share with you how Tom Wolf from Rev Digital Group ran a little LinkedIn experiment of his own.
In just one month, he booked 30 new meetings with potential sales targets. Want to find out how he did it?

Facebook Ads Lead Generation
Facebook have created one of the best advertising platforms on the planet. This is due to the amount of data they have on their users. An active user base of 2.27 billion doesn't hurt either!
This represents an incredible opportunity to generate laser targeted leads for your business.
However, there was a noticeable increase to the cost of advertising last year. With the costs going up, it is important to understand effective lead generation strategies so you don't waste your advertising spend.
I bet you can guess what I am going to say next?

Google AdWords Lead Generation
The first time I looked into running ads on Google's AdWords platform I was utterly confused. However, I approached it with the same childlike naivety I approach everything in life.
"I can do this."
I had some success at the beginning but then my costs skyrocketed and my conversion rate plummeted.
After a few more unsuccessful attempts to create a sustainable AdWords campaign I passed it onto the experts. That is until some recent updates from Google.
Now Google Ads, with a shiny new interface and a whole host of new features, including optimise for conversion, it is much simpler beast to tame.
Let's be honest, it's Googles internet, everyone else just lives in it. That means that the opportunity for lead generation using Googles Ads is huge.
And, just so you don't repeat my failures, I wanted to share with you this excellent post from AutoGrow.co, where they show you exactly how to get results from your first campaign.
Check it out, I wish they published this years ago.
